It’s a tremendous relief when a manuscript is finally complete, and you can take a moment to sit back and appreciate your work, free from the constant pressure to finish. ‘Echoes of Ballard House,’ the third installment in the Simone Doucet Series, is now in the hands of my publisher, and I can already feel the fourth book taking shape in my mind. However, I recognize the need for a well-deserved break, perhaps a month, but no longer.
